Macstorm Box. A computer based on the latest technology. Processors of the 12th generation “Alder Lake”  ,13th and 14 th Gen “Raptor Lake” .Recommended for all who want to have a fairly cheap economical equipment, with good performance and possibility of expansion for the future.

We use version CPU  without “K”, that is, without the possibility of OC, but working on “manufacturer” settings. So we don’t need to use special cooling or invest in more expensive components, which would undoubtedly have to be included if we wanted to squeeze extra power out of our processors.

And so, for starters, the Intel Core i3-12100F processor (4 cores , 8 threads) is the equivalent of the Mac mini M1. For the more demanding option with a processor i5-13400F or i5-14400F, which gives us performance (CPU) much higher at the level of MacStudio Max or even MacStucio Ultra.

As for graphics, we start with the Radeon RX 560, which can be successfully replaced with the latest models of Radeon RX 6600 including the XT version. As you can see, the basic version of the computer can be upgraded, but not necessarily now, as the Macstorm Box can be expanded if necessary.

Native WiFi/BT is already on board. As usual, the Cooler Master case was not found here by accident. This means that it does not limit us and we can mount/add any components. Besides, minimalism and functionality. The low speed  fans and the as usual “silent” BeQuiet power supply ensure that nothing distracts us.
